FINANCIAL​ ​CONSIDERATIONS

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You authorize Us to charge your chosen payment provider for the total amount stated on Your checkout cart screen. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Your card issuer agreement and any other applicable third party agreement that may affect Your purchase with Us. You agree to provide current, accurate and complete details as requested to process your payment. If necessary, You agree to update your payment information in a timely manner so We can complete any outstanding orders and/or contact You as needed.

We reserve the right to change our prices for new purchases at any time.

You agree to pay any applicable shipping and/or handling fees as stated on your checkout cart screen.

ERRORS OR MISTAKES IN PRICING

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if We have already received payment. Any such changes will be conveyed in writing via email to notify You of Our correction and to allow You to take the most appropriate action in the event of such a correction or mistake.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

SERVICE/ OFFERING CANCELLATION POLICY

IF CANCELLING 91 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO RETREAT START DATE:
Payments are eligible (but not guaranteed) for refunds, with the exception of all nonrefundable deposits plus a $200 administrative fee.

IF CANCELING 90 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT START DATE:
All payments are NOT refundable.
Unfortunately, there are NO refunds available for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, pandemics, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies; or change of mind. This includes any personal COVID-related cancellations, however, if the retreat itself is canceled you will be refunded the money that you have paid.

IF CANCELING WITHIN 30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT START DATE:

No refunds will be issued, and you are required to still pay your retreat balance, whether you attend or not.

COVID

If the retreat is canceled to do externally-related COVID cancellations including, but not limited to: flight cancellations, lockdowns, quarantines, border closings, travel requirements, health requirements, etc., your money will be refunded. If you personally cannot attend the retreat due to COVID, mind-change, or a positive-COVID test, your money will not be refunded.

All participants must comply with the destination country’s COVID requirements. All retreat deposits, balances, and tuitions are non-refundable should the participant not show proof of a negative test or show proof of a positive test. Or if the participant cannot meet the destination country’s COVID requirements.

BB is not responsible nor liable for any retreat participant who contracts Covid (any strain) before, during, or after the retreat. 

TRAVEL 
All participants must comply with the destination country’s entry and VISA requirements. All retreat deposits, balances, and tuitions are non-refundable should the participant be denied entry to a country or not meet VISA requirements. This is includes the user’s passport validity and expiration.

The total cost paid is for one space on the retreat (covering room, food, and activities- airfare is not included).

We is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.
We is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing sponsored items.
We is not responsible for airline cancelations, missed flights, or transportation issues prior to the retreat.
Sponsored items are free, and not included in the total cost of the retreat (you cannot request for partial or total refund for not receiving sponsored items).
All reservations and bookings are first come first serve.
All prices are the same for each guest (with the exception of Early Bird Pricing)

-Retreat admin fee ($200) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
You have until 91 days before the retreat to request any refunds (all deposits and admin fees are nonrefundable for any circumstances, including travel related events and changes).

Travel insurance is NOT included in the price of the retreat, and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for ultimate protection
If you do not specify who your roommate is we will assume you are open to any guest. 

You must pay your total retreat balance at least 45 days prior to the retreat start date by using our booking website (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL).
You must sign and return the Liability Waiver and Retreat Contract BEFORE the retreat start date.

THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

During the retreats, there will be third-party vendors providing services, including catering, transportation, and lodging. BB is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any of these vendors. Although BB strives to provide the best services and products available, BB has no control over such third-party vendors and BB is not responsible or liable for any products, materials, or services, or the lack thereof. The user further acknowledges and agrees that BB is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on such third-party vendors, goods or services.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING DEVICES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are not able to accommodate a price adjustment after Your purchase.

CHARGEBACKS

​​You agree to make every attempt to file a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase of Our Offering. We reserve the right to present proof of Your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

REVOCATION​ ​OF​ ​ACCESS

​You have the unilateral right to terminate Your use and access to any of Our Offering(s). Please send an email to Us to initiate this process. Termination will not excuse You of further payment. Upon confirmation of Your termination, any and all outstanding balances will become immediately due and payable. Any existing balance that remains after 14 days from the date of termination will be sent to a collections agency, and You agree to be responsible for any additional charges, fees, or costs associated with such a collection effort, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

CURRENCY

All payments will be processed in the local currency, or if not specified at checkout, in US Dollars.

TAXES

Sales taxes will be applied to your order as required by law in either Your or Our local area(s).

ORDER REVERSAL OR CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any order placed on Our website, in part or in full, and will issue a refund accordingly. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased by any given user or household at our sole discretion. We may restrict order quantities based on personal data provided by You, such as orders placed under the same customer account, orders placed on the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

NO RESELLING OR DISTRIBUTION OF OUR PRODUCTS

We expressly prohibit orders that, in Our sole discretion, appear to be placed in an attempt to resell Our products. We expressly prohibit orders placed by resellers, dealers, distributors or wholesalers and will ban Your access to Our site in any lawful way possible if we discover your prohibited use(s).

DISPUTE​ ​RESOLUTION

​If You and Our Company cannot find a resolution to a dispute or potential claim by means of good-faith negotiation, then You explicitly agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve any such dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before filing a civil cause of action.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

​If You are found to be slandering, libeling, or otherwise disparaging Our Company, Offering(s), or related materials at Our discretion, You will be immediately removed from the Offering(s) and any related communications. We reserve the right to file a civil claim of action against You for any such damaging actions You take that materially harm Our Company.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Participant T&Cs Addendum — Pilates Reformer (Heavy Machinery) & Brand Credits
Applies to: Bondi Boys LLC (“Habitat Retreats”) Greece Retreat May 17–23, 2026
To be read together with Habitat Retreats’ Terms & Conditions (Last Updated Nov 25, 2025).

1) Pilates Reformer: Assumption of Risk & Release

Participants acknowledge that Pilates reformer machines and related equipment constitute heavy machinery and involve inherent risks, including risk of serious injury. By joining reformer sessions, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Homebody Pilates, LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents, as well as Habitat Retreats (Bondi Boys LLC), its owners, employees, contractors, and agents, from any claims arising from ordinary negligence related to equipment use or instruction. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or intentional acts.

2) Instruction vs. Operations

Pilates instruction is led by Homebody. Habitat coordinates operations: lodging, ground transport, vendors, and scheduling. Mixed claims are addressed in proportion to fault. Participants agree to cooperate with reasonable post-incident procedures.

3) Attendance & Substitutions

Homebody intends to provide once or twice daily Pilates instruction. If one Homebody instructor (Anna or Sophie) is unavailable, the other may lead solo. If both are unavailable, Homebody may provide a qualified substitute. Habitat provides optional yoga as desired by participants and will always ensure one Habitat team member (Kennon or Carrigan) is present as co-host. If neither is available, Habitat will provide a qualified retreat coordinator.

4) Branding Credit

Marketing materials may feature Homebody as the primary displayed brand for instruction, with Habitat credited visually and/or in captions as the retreat operator.

5) Flight Advisory

Habitat purchases host flights only. For participants, Habitat provides flight guidance but does not book flights on your behalf.

6) Incorporation by Reference

This Addendum supplements Habitat’s Terms & Conditions (Nov 25, 2025). In case of conflict, this Addendum controls regarding reformer/equipment sessions, brand credits, and substitution provisions.
